Our Story
RPX grew from a simple conviction: some of the people best positioned to reach a community are already there.
Across the world, indigenous pastors are leading churches, discipling believers, and sharing the Gospel—often without access to the biblical training and resources available to pastors in other parts of the world.
RPX was created to help close that gap by equipping local pastors rather than replacing them.
When pastors are equipped to lead, the impact continues long after an expedition ends.

OUR LEADERSHIP
Michael Pippin
RPX Executive Director, Translation Director
Michael brings over 20 years of experience as a pastor, teacher, and administrator, along with multiple master’s degrees and hands-on AI experience, to the work of translating theological tools into local languages. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kelly, for 24+ years, and together they have three “bio” kids—though as foster parents, that number often changes, so don’t be surprised if you have to ask how many kids they have today!
Sarah
RPX Founder
Sarah has devoted the past 48 years to walking with Jesus and more than 30 years to serving His Church. In addition to RPX, she has founded and participated in local ministries and is currently pastoring a church plant. With a heart to see people restored, discipled, and fully formed in Christ, Sarah is passionate about helping others discover their identity and purpose in God. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Ministry Leadership, emphasizing Discipleship and Christian Formation. Above all, Sarah treasures her family—her husband, John, their 10 children, seven children-in-law, and 11 grandchildren, whom she lovingly calls her greatest blessings.
